Everyone knows that feeling...when you insist that you 'don't sound like that.' Well...yes...you do. I think I've finally reached the age where I just have accepted that I do sound like that and I'm fine with it.
Recently I had the great fortune to stumble across an Appalachian Trail podcast by a true trail steward and all around gentleman named Steve Adams. His trail name is 'Mighty Blue' and mighty he certainly is, both in interviewing/writing ability...and just in life. I've immensely enjoyed listening to him. A few weeks later I found myself having an enjoyable chat with Steve over the phone. He was a blast to speak with and I must say, I felt very supported by his enthusiasm for the trail, my journey, and life in general.
